- The spider: Stand on your feet with your legs open to your shoulder’s length, move your arms back making a circle over your head and take them to the floor keeping your legs straight. Step by step move forward with your hands and make a pushup, then move backwards with your hands and get back to the initial position. 3 sets, 10 reps.
- The Frog: Set in pushup position with your feet together. Take your right leg out, flexing it with your thigh facing the floor. Try to reach your elbow with your knee while you flex your waist and go back to the initial position. Do the same with your left leg. 3 sets, 25 reps for each leg.
- Knees up: Stand on your feet with your legs open to your shoulder’s length with your arms folded up. Now take your knee to your chin keeping your back straight. Try to keep the balance and control while you repeat with each leg fast. 3 one-minute sets.
- Jumping jacks: This one involves a little cardio, start standing on your feet, close your feet and your arms facing down then jump opening your legs and putting your arms up touching your hands above your head. Jump again to go back to the initial position. One-minute set. Add 20 seconds to the set each day.
