1. Omega-3 and fatty acids rich foods:

2. Antioxidant rich foods:
We all know antioxidant foods are good for our health, but they also are great for your skin! Cherries, berries, green tea and spinach are filled with antioxidants that prevent skin breakouts and damage.
3. Selenium rich foods:
You can find selenium in Brazil nuts, almonds, onion, garlic, and whole grains. Selenium helps your skin to keep its elasticity reducing inflammation.
4. Vitamin C rich foods:

8. Magnesium rich foods:

9. Foods with low sodium:

10. Avoid white foods: French fries, white bread, white rice, white refined flour, and mashed potatoes are not a good idea if you want clear skin. You also need to avoid refines sugar; it makes your sugar levels spike causing acne outbreaks. Exchange them for whole grains and brightly colored fruits and vegetables!
